Positive: Very nice bed/room....bathroom was almost accessible. . ..higher toilet but no grab bar. . . .
Negative: We always choose a hotel with a pool when traveling---but this pool wasn't open until 10 am. . . . .Hilton opens theirs before 6 am. . . . We use the pool for our mobility exercise - daily.....but when traveling, we need access to the pool earlier to accomodate schedule. Would like the Sheraton management to reconsider the pool hours. please make sure the pool hours are on the website for those of us choosing a hotel with a pool. Handicap parking was very good.....close and 4 spaces.
Summary: Very nice --excellent location --Olive Garden close by.....easy access to I-40.....

Positive: The staff at the front desk were friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area were also amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of choices. The room was clean.
Negative: The hotel was a little difficult to get in and out of, located between two busy highways. The lights in the room were horrible! It was so dim in the room entry and bathroom that I started to have serious anxiety after being in the room for several hours trying to get ready for an event. Even with all of the lights on in the room, curtains open to let in sunlight it was still gloomy in the room. For any one putting on makeup or styling your hair just give up.....
Summary: Lighting in the room was so dim that it caused anxiety.
